Why are today's matches on at 10am instead of 9am?

I was expecting today's matches to start at 9 but now I see they start at 10. Anyone know the reasoning?

because i have to work till 4 pm german time
just joking...group games are at same time so no team can play tactics.that would leave the gap between a 3 pm and 9 pm kick-off to big...more people in europe can watch it this way after work. for fans in america / south america it s early anyway.
